Free-fall Impactor
Product model:
IMP-1020Detailed introduction:
Product Description
The free-fall Impactor is a contusion device specially designed for animal medical research. It locates the target part of the animal body from the three-dimensional directions of the X, Y, and Z axes, and then adopts the principle of free fall to adjust the height of the striking head. Simulate the force when the animal head is hit by the displaced bone or soft tissue, establish an efficient and reproducible brain injury model for animals, and provide experimental support for disease prevention and treatment.
Features
· Applicable to: mice, rats
· It has an automatic lifting mechanism. After impact, the striking head can be automatically lifted to avoid secondary impact.
· The time from the start of the automatic impact to the lift of the striking head can be set
· With touch screen controller, automatic control electromagnet to release impact head
· The device has a simple structure and is easy to operate
· Equipped with a brain fixator to achieve three-dimensional positioning, and the whole can be sterilized by high temperature and high pressure
· Adjustable strike height
Parameters
Heavy hammer specifications: 10g (mice), 40g (rat)
Striking head: 1.5mm (mice), 3mm (rat)
Application
· Suitable for animal brain injury modeling experiments.
