The Nose-only Inhalation Exposure System for large animals is suitable for oral and nasal administration and inhalation exposure experiments on large animals such as rabbits, dogs, and monkeys, using inhalable substances such as aerosols, and nanoparticles aerosols, and smoke. The system can ensure the consistency of the inhaled exposure dose of animals in the same experimental group; realize online concentration detection of aerosols and real-time online sampling of samples; adopt a high-precision control system to ensure the uniformity and stability of exposure. The animal exposure system can test a variety of different substances, including drugs, air pollutants, PM2.5, organic substances, industrial hygiene, agricultural chemicals, etc. It can carry out acute poisoning, chronic poisoning, low pressure, high pressure, hypoxia, hyperoxia, and other gas exposure experiments.
