Product Description

Ox-100C Tigas Cell Incubator consists of a gas controller and a portable cellular hypoxic chamber. It can control the concentration of oxygen and carbon dioxide in cell culture, also called the cell hypoxia experimental system. It is used to simulate the physiological hypoxic state in organisms so that the results of in vitro research are closer to the real level in vivo, or to simulate the pathological state of organisms in a special hypoxic state, so as to conduct the related pathological, physiological mechanism and hypoxic diseases research.

1. Cell Hypoxic Chamber

·  Made of imported transparent PMMA material, strong and durable

·  Built-in porous separator for placing cell culture dishes, culture bottles, porous plates, etc

·  Installed with multi-functional sensor module for monitoring temperature, humidity, O2, and CO2

·  Standard double-layer cell culture tray, removable. (Optional Material: stainless steel)

·  Built-in water tray to maintain humidity during culture


2. Comprehensive Monitoring

·  Real-time monitoring of chamber temperature, humidity, oxygen concentration, and carbon dioxide concentration. Dynamic change curve of measurement indexes can be checked

·  With high accuracy, the system can monitor the environment in the cell hypoxia chamber in real time and provide real-time feedback control to avoid inconsistency between the controlled concentration output and the concentration in the hypoxia chamber

·  All data can be saved to the U disk, which can be retrieved and archived on computers

·  Internal integrated fanning system to promote air circulation and uniform gas distribution 

·  Built-in HEPA filter, with circulating airflow, to maintain a clean environment in the cell culture chamber
