The breathing simulator is used with the Inhalant drug tester. It provides a simulated respiratory function for inhalant aerosol, spray, powder, and liquid preparation. This device meets the requirements of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia (2020 edition) YY/71743-2021 for determination devices. 


Product Features


1. The breathing simulator meets the requirements of Chinese Pharmacopoeia (2020 edition) and YY/71743-2021 for determination devices;

2. Optimized configuration: built-in FIR filter and multiple notch filters can automatically identify and suppress mechanical vibration, optimize current loop design, and smooth breathing simulation operation process;

3. Data sampling mode: Control cycle 250us, the transmission rate of up to 1000 data points per second, to ensure high-precision operation and control of respiratory simulation;

4. Breathing mode: high precision stainless steel piston bucket, special silicone sealing ring (good elasticity, anti-aging);

5. Piston barrel: The breathing stainless steel piston barrel is made of 304 stainless steel, the surface is treated with special anti-corrosion treatment, and the effective capacity in the barrel is 1000ml;

6. Special software: you can set and save breathing parameters; you can also choose breathing curve, you can choose sine, triangular wave, square wave breathing mode, simulate normal breathing, acute movement, sleep 3 different breathing states;

7. Tidal volume: 20 ~ 1000ml (can be set), simulate adult, child, infant, and newborn respiratory tidal volume;

8. Respiratory rate: 0 ~ 60 cycles/min (configurable);

9. Breathing ratio: Within 1:9 can be arbitrarily set suction and breathing ratio;

10. Control mode: control cycle 250us, FPGA accurate latch pulse count, PID + speed feedforward + acceleration feedforward, positive and negative limit, origin signal, driver alarm, driver reset, in place signal (optocoupler isolation);

11. Control instruction: can automatically identify and suppress mechanical vibration. Position pulse input frequency up to 4MHz, support pulse + direction, orthogonal pulse, double pulse, and other position command modes;

12. Dead volume of filter paper cover: not more than 10% of the adult tidal volume of the respiratory simulator;
